We help leaders to heal, thrive and build wholistic healthy workplaces.

Why Wholistic Leadership Wellbeing?

Due to the intense nature of work, leaders often feel alone when feeling depleted, stressed and exhausted.

They often wait until too late to address the root causes of their wellbeing issues, resulting to further destruction and damage in their health, relationships and leadership performance.

At INTERLOGY, we provide exceptional executive leadership care and support to senior leaders who experience:

1. Prolonged stress and pressure (nature of work, high stress environment)

2. Complex workplace challenges (organisational changes, crises, or serious workplace incidents)

3. Personal life (the death of a loved one, a serious accident, divorce and other life-altering events)

4. Burnout (chronic stress, physical, psychological and emotional exhaustion)

5. Overwhelming leadership responsibilities (the weight of accountability, decision-making, and the need to navigate complex situations)

How can Wholistic Leadership Wellbeing model creates positive change in leaders?

We hold space and support leaders to look within and understand the ways in which they lead, so they can lead from a secure base.

Leaders will

  • reflect on the trauma-informed principles in their leadership practice

  • explore their attachment styles

  • understand their safety/risk paradox when leading a complex team

  • apply practical tools to heal, grow and lead from a safe inner base

Our goal is to foster leadership and create a work environment that promote a culture of care.
