Wholistic Leadership Wellbeing

I help leaders to re-prioritise their wholistic wellbeing, so they can be even more effective.

1. Workshop

My signature Wholistic Leadership Wellbeing workshop is designed to provide senior leaders with greater awareness of root-cause model in building a healthy workplace culture.

By the end of the workshop, senior leaders will have greater awareness, knowledge and skills in applying tools to have a more fulfilling leadership experience and build thriving workforces.

Key components of root-cause safety training include:

  1. Understanding root-causes of safety issues

  2. Principles to create physical and emotionally safe environments  

  3. Sensitivity to intersectional safety concerns

  4. Effective and authentic communication  

  5. Wholistic team-care plan

2. Coaching

My signature Wholistic Leadership Wellbeing coaching program consists of six weekly 1:1 confidential sessions to work with leaders. We co-develop effective approaches to build transformative workforce.  

I integrate the principles and practices of trauma-informed care into contemporary leadership practices and environment.

I support the leaders to recognise their own lived experiences and consciously and unconsciously suppressed emotions and limiting beliefs that may hinder their full potentials.

My intention is to support leaders to thrive from these experiences and become more effective and fulfilling leaders.

My coaching model can be beneficial for leaders who have experienced trauma themselves or for coaches working with leaders in organisations where trauma may be prevalent.

3. Therapy

I am specialised in providing bespoke, confidential wholistic wellbeing therapy to the senior leaders.

My overarching goal is to create a therapeutic alliance that promotes psychosocial healing and recovery while respecting the unique needs and experiences of senior leader.

Integrating over 25 years of senior executive leadership, cross-cultural psychosocial training and lived experience, we understand the unique needs of senior leaders working in complex and intense organisational environment. I endeavour to provide the highest level of psychosocial care, service and support to our respective clients.

My therapy sessions explore (not limited to) unresolved childhood trauma, intergenerational trauma, suppressed negative emotions, unconscious limiting beliefs.  

I focus on healing of past pain, being fully presence and envisioning a desirable, healthy and joyful future.

I adopt the following principles: safety, trust, empowerment, cultural sensitivity, respect and choice.
